ABOUT ISSUE ELEVEN
In Issue 11 of Jackson Hole Snowboarder Magazine, the editor Robyn Vincent recounts our journey from the suburbs of Detroit to the world of raves and then snowboarding. We reflect on the sense of community and non-judgment we experienced in the early rave scene, where people sought to reject mainstream culture. Similarly, our snowboarding journey rekindled a gleaming anticipation of adventure. We draw parallels between the impact of DJs in the rave scene and snowboarding, highlighting the transformative nature of both activities.
